The agent submits a New Project Form with the property address, home details, desired timeframe, and any other relevant information.

Rough Estimate

MarketReady provides a rough cost estimate and projected timeline so the agent can have an informed conversation with their seller before moving forward.

On-Site

The agent, seller, and MarketReady meet at the property for a walkthrough, design suggestions, and to finalize the scope of work.

Fixed-Bid Quote

MarketReady delivers a detailed plan for maximizing the home's value, complete with a fixed-bid quote and project timeline.

Contracts

Once everyone agrees on the scope, MarketReady sends a Home Improvement Contract to the homeowner. After signing, work can begin as soon as the next day.

Project Management

MarketReady handles everything from start to finish, including selecting finishes, coordinating trades, managing timelines, and keeping all parties updated along the way.

MarketReady delivers a list-ready, photo-ready home you’re proud to list.

The agent, homeowner, and MarketReady reconvene for a final walkthrough to review and sign off on completed work.

The homeowner pays for the project at closing, directly from sale proceeds.
